I am not a therapist. I am a renaissance man. I am a teacher, photographer, musician, birder, outdoorsman, athlete, minister, healer, traveler, builder, and spiritual life coach. I use decades of experience through exploration, introspection, observation, and travel to guide you through your curiosity and adversity. One of my passions is sharing the knowledge and tools that have helped me turn my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual adversity into the genuine happiness and contentment that most of us seek.

My wife, Amanda Gavarny of Heart High, and I are passionate guides dedicated to supporting your spiritual journey and well-being. Together we have created mini-Sedona vibe at our own Villa Encantamiento in southeast Arizona. Our intention is to help you reconnect,  recharge, and realign with your highest self. Our vision is to cultivate  a community where heart-centered living thrives, and each soul feels  seen, supported, and inspired on their unique path.
